Captain Billy Daughtry is a local who is well acquainted with fishing the areas local waters.
You could say fishing is in his blood, as Billy is a 4th generation fisherman. Billy's father, Clyde, granddad, Preston, and great granddad, William, were all local fishermen, most of whom also fished commercially. Billy himself is both a commercial fisherman and charter captain.
Billy grew up fishing the areas local rivers: Wakulla, St. Marks, Ochlocknee, Sopchoppy & Carrabelle Rivers. Growing up, he also spent an exorbitant amount of time fishing with his father, who was also a local commercial fisherman, and grandfather, in the surrounding local waters of the Gulf of Mexico out of Carrabelle.

With the knowledge and experience handed down to Billy, it's safe to say he knows the surrounding waters like the back of his hand!
